Your initial conversation will be FREE even if the accident was caused by you and you merely want help and advice on your situation.
If J & S Claims line believe that your injury and loss may have been caused by another party and believe you have in excess of 51% chance of recovering an award of damages against another party they will offer to work on your behalf on a strict “No win-No fee” agreement, under which you will receive 100% of any damages awarded or agreed with no deduction whatsoever.
